This pathway is designed to help you progress towards earning our industry-leading Level 3 salaries, while gaining the knowledge, skills, and confidence to thrive as a qualified Early Years Educator.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Available to work a minimum of 30 hours per week.
• Aged 21 or over.
• Not currently enrolled in, or eligible for, an apprenticeship programme.
• Ability to communicate and engage effectively with children, families and colleagues.
• Current DBS, food safety certificate and/or paediatric first aid preferred but not essential.
