Through major institutions in the canton of Vaud, we are looking for (Bachelor or Higher Education) H/F to join our team of interim poolists, specialized in the fields of disability (mental and motor), child protection, and if you have experience in these areas and wish to have a positive impact on the lives of vulnerable individuals, this opportunity is for you. MISSION Work closely with the existing teams to ensure appropriate support for the individuals involved Develop and implement social projects aimed at promoting autonomy, personal development, and the flourishing of individuals Ensure regular monitoring of the progress and challenges faced by the supported individuals, while maintaining effective communication with complementary teams Activity rate: variable according to your availability Type of work: interim missions (with the possibility of evolving into permanent contracts depending on needs and structures) Location: canton of Vaud, with missions based on the specific needs of partner establishments PROFILE Bachelor or Higher Education or equivalent title recognized by SEFRI required for foreign titles Previous experience in supporting people with disabilities, or children/adolescents in difficulty Ability to quickly adapt to new environments and work autonomously Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team We offer you Personalized welcome, informed advice from recruitment professionals and quality individual follow-up.
