Educational Lead: Data-Driven Training & Impact

NHS National Services Scotland seeks an Educational Lead (0.5 WTE) to support multidisciplinary training across NHS Scotland. You will deliver, implement, and use data to evaluate training impact, collaborating with a team of Educational Leads across children, adults, and lifespan workstreams.

You will translate research into accessible psychological concepts, communicate effectively with learners, and help drive evidence based practice in a fast paced environment while meeting deadlines.
