Leigh Academies Trust is seeking an organised Talent & Development Administrator to join our central team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, you'll help run recruitment across non-teaching, teaching and leadership roles and be the welcoming face of the Trust.

You'll support candidates from enquiry to start date, craft job adverts and coordinate interview schedules while maintaining our JobTrain system and safeguarding compliance.
