About the RoleAs an Education Services Administrator in the Data, Projects and Reporting Team, you will work across various thematic areas, supporting and collaborating with operational teams, from curriculum development activities to student records maintenance, and triaging student enquiries, you'll get a flavour for everything we do, gaining invaluable experience and insights into the multifaceted world of Education Services.
In this role you will:
- Provide professional administrative support across Education Services activities
- Maintain accurate student, curriculum, and service records using University systems
- Support data, projects, and reporting to enable effective academic delivery
- Respond to and triage student and staff enquiries, providing clear first level guidance
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across teams to support service delivery
- Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and systems
