Education ER Advisor Temp - Impactful HR Support

Office Angels in the education sector is seeking an Employee Relations HR Advisor to support staff across Egham, Slough and Windsor. This temporary role focuses on ER guidance, grievances, investigations and policy implementation.

You will collaborate with managers to improve communication, deliver training, stay compliant with employment law, and promote a positive workplace culture. Travel to sites is required; CIPD and DBS are desirable.
