Job Description
Jobtailor, a UK education technology company, is seeking a Customer Success Associate to support institutional clients and users on our platform. You will respond to inquiries via email, live chat and tickets, escalate complex issues, and help onboard new clients to build confidence and adoption.
You will contribute to a library of saved responses, collect user feedback, monitor key metrics, and partner with product, marketing and sales to ensure a cohesive user experience across channels.
