Edinburgh Furniture Initiative Manager

Reports to: The Director of Social Enterprise
Salary: £37,850 pa (pay award pending)
Location: 454 Gorgie Road, Edinburgh, EH11 2RN
FTE: 5 days including occasional weekends

The EFI Manager is at the heart of the business and plays a key role in Four Square, with a focus on the Edinburgh Furniture Initiative delivering results, leading our retail Shop and warehouse teams, delivering excellent Customer service and efficient Logistics planning you will lead the day-to-day planning and execution of the all the EFI tasks, ensuring effective use of resources.
You'll lead and develop a team of three Supervisors

• Warehouse supervisor

• The role is about providing a consistent service to the community of people who have always used the EFI and looking for new opportunities grow and develop our business and team
• You'll report to our Director for Social enterprise who will coach and support you to succeed in the role.
