EDI Strategy Lead

City St George's University of London is seeking an experienced equality, diversity and inclusion leader to prioritise staff development and progression, aligning with Strategy 2035. You will lead the EDI Action Plan and supervise Senior EDI Officers to advance institutional equity across the university.

You will partner with Deans and Directors to implement EDI actions across Schools and Professional Services, driving race and gender equity with an intersectional approach.
