Economics Teacher

A high-performing, academically ambitious secondary school in Bristol is seeking a full time Economics Teacher to join its growing sixth form provision.

The Role

You will:

• Plan and deliver high-quality Economics lessons up to KS5
• Take full responsibility for marking and assessment in line with departmental policy
• Prepare students thoroughly for A Level examinations
• Use data intelligently to close knowledge gaps
• Contribute to curriculum refinement and collaborative planning
• Maintain high standards of behaviour and academic focus

The Ideal Candidate

• QTS (or equivalent recognised teaching qualification)
• Experience teaching and planning Economics to KS5
• Strong subject knowledge and exam board familiarity
• Confident in setting, marking and standardising assessments
• Committed to high expectations and consistent routines
