Ecommerce Operations GM - High-Impact, Lean Leader

Broughton Group in Corby is seeking a General Manager to oversee operations within a 200,000 sq foot warehouse. You will be responsible for a budget of £11 million and leading a team of 300 staff.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in FMCG/Warehousing, excellent leadership skills and a proven ability to drive change within a dynamic work environment. This role requires knowledge in Six Sigma and Lean methodologies.
