Ecommerce (Marketplace) Manager - Network agency - London - £40-44k The Company

A fast-growing specialist ecommerce agency, part of a leading integrated marketing and communications network. The agency helps brands grow across the full connected commerce ecosystem - from Amazon and retail media to D2C, social commerce, and marketplaces. By combining strategic consulting, data analytics, and hands on channel management, the agency delivers above market growth for its clients.

They're now looking for an Ecommerce Manager to join their account team and help clients navigate the fast moving world of ecommerce.

The Role

As Ecommerce Manager, you'll own day to day client accounts, delivering performance and growth across multiple ecommerce channels. You'll develop and execute strategies, manage and mentor junior team members, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a joined up, data driven approach. This is a highly visible role where your insight, operational excellence, and strategic thinking will directly impact client success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead day to day management of client accounts, resolving issues and spotting growth opportunities
  • Support multi channel strategy development across Amazon, marketplaces, retail media, social commerce, D2C, PPC, and programmatic
  • Manage and develop junior team members, setting objectives and providing feedback
  • Turn data into actionable insights through reporting, post campaign analysis, and recommendations
  • Oversee content and digital shelf optimisation, ensuring best in class standards
  • Collaborate across internal teams to deliver cohesive strategies and results
  • Champion test and learn initiatives to keep clients ahead of industry trends
  • Support new business pitches and proposals
You
  • Strong operational knowledge of Amazon Vendor/Seller Central, with experience across other ecommerce or digital channels a plus
  • Proven track record managing client accounts and delivering against KPIs
  • Analytical, organised, and proactive with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communicator and relationship builder, with experience mentoring team members
  • Skilled in Excel and comfortable interpreting performance data
  • Positive, collaborative, and commercially minded
