The opportunity
IAG Loyalty manages the Avios currency which millions of customerscollect and spend every year, through our range of loyalty programmes.We offer customers many different ways to collect and spend Avios, from using our branded credit cards, shopping, or heading off on holiday, with over 125 different partners.In addition to working with world class partners, we also create proprietary Avios collection and spend products and servicesfully managed on our platforms.
Lead a team of eCommerce Managers to develop a testing strategy designed to optimise engagement, user experience and incremental value.
Online Trading Strategy: Own & execute the website and app trading plan for multiple B2C categories/B2B Partners to drive revenue, margin & customer engagement/acquisition.
Strategise with Merchandising Lead to manage product and category merchandising, pricing & promotions to maximise sales performance.
Trading Calendar & Collaboration: Define, develop and execute the online trading calendar, working closely with Marketing, Merchandising, Category, Data and Digital teams.
Optimisation of traffic through the analysis of customer behaviour, sales data and other marketing activities to elevate the customer site experience and CVR.
Focus on personalisation opportunities by working with CX stakeholders, Marketing and Product teams to enhance E2E customer journey.
Create a culture of leveraging data insights & digital KPIs to provide actionable insights and data-driven recommendations. Customer Value: Collaborate with CX teams to drive CLTV, retention and AOV.
What you'll get up to
Own the global weekly trading for all Avios B2C categories and other direct digital business aligned to business goals.
Maintain the 18-month rolling activity plan to support with prioritisation and commercial/customer objectives
Identifying and reacting to commercial opportunities and risks, looking ahead taking into consideration unique stakeholder priorities with B2B partners however with a solid focus on commercial performance combined with customer experience.
Lead the team owning content management, merchandising, CRO, SEO and digital products, championing best practise and an innovative approach, with test and learn embedded.
You will act as a stakeholder for retail product teams, helping to inform product roadmaps to ensure feature development supports issuance goals
What we need from you
You will be an experienced global ecommerce retailer, with strategic mindset and commercial acumen, confident in identifying revenue driving tactics (beyond discounting) and making them happen.
A proven digital trading or merchandising lead with a strong track record in delivering commercial results, ideally within DTC brands. Multi-channel experience an advantage.
Able to balance and prioritise multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. • Strong communicator with the ability to engage, influence and collaborate across teams.
Strong analytical skills, using data to inform decisions and solve problems.
Solid understanding of customer behaviour, conversion funnels and buying lifecycles to shape trade planning and tactics. • Experience with e-commerce, analytics & martech.
Target driven with a strong commercial acumen, understanding what levers to pull and when to drive performance.
Critically, a clear and engaging communicator, who cultivates great relationships and inspires a team to drive world class customer experience and business performance.
