Ecommerce & Partner Websites Specialist - Retail

We're looking for an Ecommerce & Partner Websites Specialist to strengthen presence across leading online partners and deliver top-tier digital customer experiences at a major Retail & Apparel brand based in Hilversum.

What You Will Do

• Support and grow digital commerce accounts across partners. Examples Zalando, ASOS, Amazon, and other marketplaces.
• Own digital assortment and merchandising to ensure the right products are live, optimized, and performing.
• Identify digital trends, understand what products are trending, and determine what to boost or highlight on partner platforms.
• Oversee website content accuracy, imagery, and consumer experience.
• Lead campaign execution, promotional alignment, and day-to-day operational coordination.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution and strong commercial results.
• Independently manage selected projects and represent the brand across internal and external meetings.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience in digital & E-commerce, ideally with marketplace or partner-site management.
• Experience working with partners such as Zalando, ASOS, Amazon, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of digital assortments, merchandising, and the online customer journey.
• Ability to identify digital trends and turn insights into actions.
• Solid commercial mindset and strong decision-making skills.
• Excellent coordination and stakeholder-management skills.
• Consumer-focused, collaborative, adaptable, curious, and hands-on.

• Digital Operations, Media, Finance, Legal, Brand & Initiatives teams, Retail teams

• Start date: ASAP: February/March
• Location: Hybrid, Hilversum
• Duration: 6months + (plus potential extensions)
