East London Operations Director - Lead a Major Depot Move

HIVED is seeking an Operations Director (East) to lead end to end performance for the Silvertown/Rainham depot in London. The role combines floor leadership with director level responsibilities, owning P&L, hiring, and cross functional collaboration with central planning and tech.

You will drive DSP and driver KPIs, labour planning, and performance across on road and in depot activities, while guiding the relocation project to ensure continuous service.
