Capita is recruiting for a Sponsored Reserve Firefighter at RAF Coningsby. You will join a mission-critical service supporting Defence operations in the UK and overseas and be part of the RAF firefighter force with training and development opportunities.

There's a pathway via a Level 3 Firefighter Apprenticeship, paid and with real hands-on experience in high-pressure incidents alongside RAF teams.
