Earn While You Learn: Optical Assistant Apprenticeship

Specsavers Marple is launching an Optical Assistant Apprenticeship starting December 2026. You'll spend 15-18 months in a paid role, earn a full-time wage, and train on the job alongside an experienced team.

The scheme welcomes applicants with GCSE Maths (A -C) and those who are eligible to work in the UK. You'll help welcome customers, book eye tests, measure frames, and provide style advice while developing your skills.
