Realise is recruiting for qualified Early Years Trainer Assessors covering learners in the Southampton region.
About the roleAs a Trainer, your focus will be to support learners to reach their goals through their Early Years Level 2, 3 or 5 apprenticeships or ASF short courses. You will be the first point of contact for your learners, providing the support they need to flourish throughout their learning journey with Realise.
Responsibilities- Support a caseload of 45 learners across the region, face to face and remotely
- Deliver a range of award winning qualifications
- Create appropriate solutions for learners to ensure the best experience possible and to develop their interests and career pathways
- Utilise our e portfolio system to effectively manage the learner journey
- A Level 3 qualification in Early Years, or equivalent (essential)
- Significant occupational competency in an Early Years setting
- An assessing qualification (e.g., TAQA/A1/D32/33, CAVA) (essential)
- A teaching qualification (e.g., AET, PTLLS) would be advantageous
- Experience in building and managing your own caseload
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- IT competence with working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Qualified Trainer delivering Level 3: up to £29,000
- Qualified Trainer delivering Level 5: up to £30,000

This is a home based role, with travel required within approximately a 45 mile radius to visit learners and employers. Around 70% of the week will be spent on the road, but you will manage your own diary, providing flexibility in how you plan your time. This will be discussed further during the interview.
