Job Description

Realise is recruiting qualified Early Years Trainer Assessors to support learners in the Leicestershire region.

As a Trainer, your focus will be to support learners to reach their goals through their Early Years Level 2, 3 or 5 apprenticeships or ASF short courses. As the first point of contact for your learners you will provide the support they need to flourish through their learning journey with Realise.

Job Responsibilities
  • Supporting a caseload of 45 learners across your region, face to face and remotely
  • Delivering a range of award winning qualifications
  • Creating appropriate solutions for your learners to ensure that they have the best experience possible and develop their interests and career
  • Utilising our e portfolio system to effectively manage the learner journey

We welcome applications from full time and part time candidates.

Salary
  • If you are a qualified Trainer and can deliver Level 3 - up to £29,000 per annum
  • If you is a qualified Trainer and can deliver Level 5 - up to £30,000 per annum
  • You can also earn up to £160 bonus for each learner you refer
Location

Home based role with travel required within approximately 45 miles radius to visit learners and employers. Around 70% of your week will be spent on the road, but as you'll manage your own diary you'll have flexibility in how you plan your time.

About You
  • A Level 3 qualification in Early Years, or equivalent, is essential
  • Significant occupational competency in an Early Years setting
  • An assessing qualification (e.g., TAQA/A1/D32/33, CAVA) is essential
  • A teaching qualification (e.g., AET, PTLLS) would be advantageous
  • Experience in building and managing your own caseload
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT competent with working knowledge of Microsoft Office
