Early Years Team Leader & Mentor

Little Trees Hucclecote, Gloucester, is seeking a Level 3 Early Years Educator to join as Team Leader, to lead a small team and mentor practitioners.

You will support high-quality EYFS learning, plan engaging activities, contribute to observations and learning journeys, and work closely with the leadership team to drive continuous improvement. DBS checks and safeguarding are part of the role.
