About the Role

As anEarly Years Practitioner, you will support the class teacher in delivering engaging and stimulating learning experiences for children in the Early Years setting. You will help create a fun, safe, and supportive environment where young learners can develop their confidence, communication skills, and love for learning.

You'll play a key role in supporting children through play-based learning, helping them explore, interact, and develop important early skills.

What You'll Be Doing

Supporting children's learning and development within theEarly Years classroom

Assisting withcreative, play-based activities and structured learning

Encouraging children'ssocial, emotional, and communication skills

Helping maintain asafe, nurturing, and engaging environment

Supporting classroom routines, transitions, and daily activities

Working closely with theclass teacher and wider Early Years team

Observing and supporting children's progress and development

What We're Looking For

Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare

Experience working with young children in anursery, preschool, or school setting

Awarm, patient, and enthusiastic approach

Good teamwork and communication skills

A genuine passion forEarly Years education
