Early Years Teaching Assistant - Nurture & Inspire

Castle Mead School is seeking an energetic and passionate Early Years Teaching Assistant to join its team. You will support teachers, deliver activities for small groups, and help children develop academically, socially, emotionally, and physically.

The role emphasises safeguarding, inclusion, and creating a nurturing environment. A Level 2 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning is expected, with Early Years or school-based experience desirable.
