What skills and experience we're looking for The successful candidate will

Be an outstanding teacher with an excellent knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Framework

Be able to work well in a team and deploy and support additional staff effectively

Be positive, resilient, flexible and contribute to our happy team

Be able to develop positive relationships with parents and communicate well with people from diverse backgrounds
