Job Description

Flourish Education is currently recruiting an Early Years Primary Teacher to work with an Ofsted-rated 'Good' School in Saltley to join their staff team on a long-term basis.

Our client wants to appoint a dedicated Teacher to work in a Nurseryclass whohas a good knowledge of the EYFS curriculum, can plan and deliver engaging lessons / activities and monitor students' progress. This role will involve full class teaching responsibilities including preparing tasks, planning and marking .

The school is child-led and free flowing meaning children choose to engage in a range of different activities, indoors and outdoors.

This Early Years Teacher role is to start ASAPand will continue until the end of the academic year.The position is part time, 3 days a week.

Required Skills and Experience for this EYFS Teacher role:

  • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
  • Experience in EYFS
  • Commitment to the role
  • Excellent behaviour and classroom management skills
  • Plan and deliver lessons, in an engaging and creative way to your class
  • Raise children's attainment
  • Create a positive learning environment
  • Effectively work alongside teaching assistants and other members of staff
Working for Flourish Education as a Early Years Teacher you will receive:
  • £168.80day rate to £232.57day rate which equates to £32,916per annum to £45,352per annum based on working 5 days a week for a full school year

This EYFS Teacher opportunity is located in Saltley which is easily commutable from Stechford, Washwood Heath, Nechells, Bordesley Green, Small Heath, Aston, Yardley and most areas of Birmingham via car, bus and train.
