Do you have a passion for inspiring young minds and helping children flourish in their earliest years? We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic and dedicated EYFS Practitioner to become part of our warm and welcoming early years team.

You will play a key role in supporting children's development through engaging, play based experiences, building positive relationships with families, and helping every child feel safe, valued and confident.
We are seeking someone with a strong understanding of the EYFS framework who can bring creativity, energy and enthusiasm to every day. You will be involved in planning and delivering exciting indoor and outdoor learning opportunities, observing and supporting children's progress, and contributing to a positive team culture.
ResponsibilitiesSupport children's development by delivering engaging indoor and outdoor learning activities, observing and documenting progress, and fostering a positive and inclusive team culture.
QualificationsThe successful candidate will be warm, reliable and proactive, with excellent communication skills and a genuine love for working with young children. A relevant Level 3 (or above) EYFS recognised childcare qualification is essential, along with a good understanding of safeguarding and child development. Previous experience in an early years setting is required.
The role is 37.5 hours per week (8:00am - 3:45pm), Monday - Friday, 35 weeks a year.
