Nursery Practitioner - Long-Term & Part-Time Opportunities Across Leeds

We are looking for both Level 2 or Level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioners and unqualified candidates with previous experience working with children. If you have a passion for helping young children learn, develop, and thrive, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting children's learning and development through engaging play-based activities
  • Creating a safe, caring, and stimulating environment
  • Building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Supporting observations and children's learning journeys
  • Encouraging children's confidence, independence, and wellbeing
  • Following safeguarding and welfare procedures at all times
Requirements:
  • Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification, or
  • Previous experience working with children in a nursery, childcare, school, or similar setting
  • A caring, enthusiastic, and reliable approach
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A genuine passion for supporting children's development
  • Understanding of the EYFS framework is beneficial
