Overview

Smile Education is seeking a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join a friendly EYFS team in a Bilston primary school to work in their nursery provision. This is a full time, long term role, ideal for someone passionate about supporting young children's learning and development.

Early Years Practitioner Role

• Support teaching staff in EYFS classrooms
• Assist with planning and delivering engaging early years activities
• Encourage children's social, emotional, and educational development
• Promote positive behaviour and a safe, nurturing environment

Requirements

• Level 3 Early Years qualification
• Experience in an EYFS setting (preferred)
• Enthusiastic, patient, and proactive
• Full time availability
