Early Years Practitioner

Teeny Haven Nursery is growing, and we're looking for a passionate, dedicated Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our friendly team. If you're committed to giving children the best possible start in life and thrive in a nurturing, play-based environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Term time only, 20-30 hours per week.

Would consider level 2's, if happy to work towards the level 3.

About the Role

You will:

• Provide high-quality care and learning experiences for children aged 0-5
• Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework
• Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
• Maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment
• Observe, assess, and record children's development
• Work collaboratively as part of a supportive team

What We're Looking For

• Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
• Previous experience working in an early years setting
• Strong understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding
• A warm, caring, and enthusiastic approach
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Reliability, professionalism, and a genuine passion for early childhood education
