Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity to join the Family Hub Team in Nottinghamshire! As we expand our service offer from supporting children aged 0-5 to now include children and young people aged 0-18, we are looking for passionate and experienced individuals to join our growing team.

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a vital role in delivering a range of evidence-based interventions to support children's development, school readiness, and overall health and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver targeted interventions to support children's developmental milestones.
Work closely with families to promote effective home learning strategies.
Support children at risk of developmental delay and those with emerging Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
Maintain accurate records, assessments, and reports.
Uphold safeguarding responsibilities for children and vulnerable adults.

Essential Requirements:

NVQ Level 3 in Childcare (or equivalent).
Minimum of 2 years' experience working with babies and young children.
Strong knowledge of child development.
Experience working with parents/carers as their child's first educator.
Understanding of safeguarding practices and working in diverse communities.
Excellent communication, IT, and record-keeping skills.
Commitment to confidentiality and inclusive practice.
