At Little Stars Nurseries we have been providing childcare and early education for children from birth to aged 5 for over 20 years. We are committed to providing the best possible experiences for both children and families and are proud to have over 500 families enjoying and thriving due to our facilities.

Here at Little Stars we like to encourage each child to reach their full potential: creatively, socially, academically and physically. We believe it is important that children learn through play to encourage intellectual development in young children, as well as supporting emotional, social and physical growth.

Early Years Officer - Stirling FK8 1AF

To support the delivery of high-quality early learning and childcare in line with national guidance, including Curriculum for Excellence and Realising the Ambition. The Early Years Officer will play a key role in providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that supports children's learning, development, and wellbeing.

Key responsibilities:

• Childcare and Learning
• Health, Safety and Wellbeing
• Partnership with Families
• Teamwork
• Administration

Essential Qualifications:

• HNC in Childhood Practice / SVQ Level 3 Social Services (Children and Young People) or equivalent.
• Registration with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) (or willingness to register).
• Full-time 38 hours
• Shift patterns to be discussed at interview

• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
