Early Years Inclusion Practitioner - Transforming SEND Futures

East Sussex County Council is seeking a Best Start Inclusion Practitioner to support children aged 0-5 with SEND, delivering targeted early intervention and inclusion across Family Hubs and early years settings. You will promote school readiness, reduce inequalities, and work with families and professionals to strengthen multi-agency support.

You will observe and assess needs, provide SEND advice, and contribute to workforce development within a county-wide SEND Early Years Service.
