About the RoleAs an Early Years Educator, you'll play a key role in creating a nurturing and inspiring learning environment where children can thrive.
Responsibilities- Support children's learning and development through engaging experiences and learning moments
- Deliver high-quality early years education in line with the EYFS, Birth to 5 Matters and the Fennies curriculum
- Build strong, trusting relationships with children and their families
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive and supportive team culture
- Observe, assess and support each child's individual learning journey
- Maintain high standards of safeguarding and health and safety at all times
- Strong knowledge of EYFS, Birth to 5 Matters and child development
- GCSE Maths and English (Grade 4/C or above) - or equivalent
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A warm, positive approach to building relationships with children and families
- Up to £31,000 annual salary
- Performance related bonuses of up to £1,400
- Choice of a 4 day or 5 day working week
