The RoleWe're looking for a Level 3 Early Years Educator to join our team four days a week. This is a hands on, child facing role working directly with children across our nursery rooms. You'll be counted in ratio and expected to bring genuine enthusiasm for early years practice every day.
Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and deliver stimulating, age appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework
Act as Key Person for an allocated group of children, maintaining Learning Journeys and developmental records
Build warm, professional relationships with children, parents, and carers
Support children's individual needs, including any SEND requirements
Uphold the nursery's safeguarding, health and safety, and welfare policies at all times
Work collaboratively with the wider team and contribute to nursery improvement
Entry requirementsDBS: Enhanced DBS required

Hours: 8:00am-6:00pm, 4 days per weekDBS: Enhanced DBS requiredPay per hour but only if fully qualified level 2 £12.96
