Early Years Educator - Level 3

We're looking for a Level 3 Early Years Educator to join our Yate Nursery, on the outskirts of Bristol. This is an opportunity to make a real difference in children's lives while building a long-term career in a supportive, modern, and high-performing setting.

Early Years Educator (Level 3)

Up to £29,910.40 per annum base salary with value of additional benefits after one year's service: £5,287.

Yate - outskirts of Bristol on a growing new build estate with a large on site car park.

Full time, Part time or Flexible Working can be supported.

What you'll do:

• Deliver engaging learning experiences in line with the EYFS
• Support each child's individual development and wellbeing
• Build positive relationships with families and colleagues
• Maintain high standards of safeguarding and care

What we're looking for:

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years
• Strong knowledge of child development
• A team-focused, proactive approach and passion for learning

Nice to have:

• Paediatric First Aid qualification
• Experience supporting children with additional needs
• Familiarity with digital learning journals or nursery software
