Early Years Educator - Level 3

We're looking for a passionate Level 3 Early Years Educator to join our Charlton Heights nursery. This is an opportunity to make a real difference in children's lives while building a long term career in a supportive, forward thinking setting.

Early Years Educator (Level 3)

Salary: up to £29,910.40 per annum base salary with value of additional benefits after one years' service: £5,287

Location: Charlton Heights, South Gloucestershire - great transport links for an easy commute

Working hours: Full time, Part time or Flexible Working can be supported

What you'll do:

• Deliver engaging learning experiences in line with the EYFS
• Support each child's individual development and wellbeing
• Build positive relationships with families and colleagues
• Maintain high standards of safeguarding and care

What we're looking for:

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years
• Strong knowledge of child development
• A team focused, proactive approach and passion for learning
