Role and ResponsibilitiesAs an Early Years Assistant your main duties and responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
- Providing fun learning and care for the children.
- Following the Nursery vision and curriculum to give children the best possible start in life.
- Developing and maintaining professional relationships with parents and carers.
- Supporting children with their individual personal hygiene needs.
- Providing effective and regular feedback to parents on their child's day, personal development and any other relevant information.
- Ensuring a bright and stimulating attractive room with colourful appropriate activities and displays showing children's work.
- Assisting with care, maintenance and security of all equipment and toys within the nursery.
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

At Kinderland Day Nursery Ltd we work with children, parents, external agencies, and the community to ensure the welfare and safety of children and to give them the very best start in life. Additional InformationAll applicants should be aware that a huge part of the role is ensuring children are continuously safeguarded from any harm. Any job offers will be subject to an enhanced DBS check, thorough referencing, an induction programme, and a 3 month probation period. All successful candidates will be given lots of training upon starting their role.
