You will assist parents with financial queries and solutions, and coordinate monthly invoice runs, invoice debt, funding tasks, and manage payment plans. When required, you will also support the nursery manager with ad hoc administrative tasks and reports.What we're looking forPrevious experience within an administrative roleProven track record of delivering outstanding customer serviceAbility to resolve customer issues and make independent decisionsStrong organisational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environmentProficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and data entryGreat communication skills, with colleagues, children, and parentsBright Horizons is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
