ABOUT SIDCUP FAMILY GOLFSidcup Family Golf is a vibrant and growing leisure facility, featuring two exciting 18-hole Adventure Golf courses, a 46-bay Driving Range with Toptracer technology, and a welcoming Café. Open seven days a week, we provide an engaging experience for all ages, rain or shine.
We are currently seeking reliable, motivated, and hands on Early Morning Team Members to support our opening team and help ensure the Centre is fully prepared for guests each day. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, being part of a team, and takes pride in delivering high standards.
ROLE OVERVIEWAs an Early Morning Team Member, you will play an important role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the Centre during early hours. Working as part of the team, you will complete essential tasks such as ball collection, restocking, maintenance checks, and general site preparation so the venue is ready for guests by 9:00 AM daily.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical, hands on work in a team environment and takes pride in helping to deliver an excellent guest experience from the very start of each day.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Teamwork & Operations- Carry out early morning tasks such as ball collection, machine restocking, minor landscaping, and general site preparation.
- Support colleagues to complete all duties effectively and on time.
- Follow clear instructions from supervisors and managers to ensure all operating procedures are met.
- Assist with any additional tasks required to prepare the site for opening.
- Follow all health and safety procedures at all times.
- Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly to the supervisor or manager.
- Complete required checklists accurately in line with company policy.
- Help ensure the Centre is ready to open for business by 9:00 AM, seven days a week.
- Use equipment safely and report if repairs or replacements are needed.
- Work closely with the wider operations and maintenance teams to support a seamless guest experience
- Previous experience in a leisure, operations, maintenance, or outdoor work environment is desirable but not essential.
- Good communication skills: verbal and listening.
- Basic understanding of health & safety principles (training will be provided).
- Organised and enthusiastic with a "can do" attitude and attention to detail.
- A strong team player mindset.
- Physically fit and capable of supporting outdoor manual tasks.
- Good GCSE educational standard.
- The post holder will be required to complete an Enhanced DBS Check to carry out the role.
