At Grandir UK, we are looking for an Early Learning and Training Partner to support our nurseries across the London area, sharing our commitment to delivering outstanding care, education, and learning.
This is an opportunity for an experienced early years professional to inspire, support, and develop nursery teams, helping them grow in confidence and practice while creating high-quality, nurturing environments where children thrive and families feel truly valued.
The successful candidate will bring a strong focus on quality, safety, and compliance, working collaboratively with nursery leaders to support Strong and Exceptional outcomes in line with our Quality Strategy. Through coaching, guidance, and partnership working, you will play a vital role in strengthening practice and driving continuous improvement across our London settings.
The RoleYou will work in partnership with Nursery Managers and Regional Managers to support nurseries requiring targeted or intensive support. Your focus will be on quality, safeguarding, compliance, and inspection readiness, supporting teams through coaching, training, and hands on role modelling.
Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor Health, Safety and Safeguarding compliance in line with EYFS and company policies, addressing non compliance through training and support.
Support intensive support nurseries, including those with newly promoted or acting managers, to maintain secure practice.
Support opportunity nurseries to develop high quality education and care and achieve Strong and Exceptional outcomes.
Deliver Early Years training programmes, measuring impact and providing coaching and mentoring in practice.
Support teams to create exceptional learning environments, including high quality continuous provision.
Ensure staff complete all mandatory compliance training.
Support effective SEND provision in line with company strategy.
Prepare nurseries for inspection and attend Ofsted inspections where required.
Complete compliance assessments, reporting, and record keeping.
Act as a key representative of Grandir UK, promoting company values and GrandStandards.
Qualifications & RequirementsFull and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification.
Minimum 2 years' experience in Early Years.
Strong knowledge of EYFS and Ofsted frameworks.
Excellent communication, coaching, and influencing skills.
Willingness to travel across London.
Ability to commit to 12 week nursery support blocks.
EYT, EYPS, or equivalent higher level qualification.
