Early Intervention Youth Worker (8-11) Community Impact

Crosscare seeks an Early Intervention Youth Worker to engage children aged 8-11 through structured activities and outreach, aiming to strengthen their social skills and resilience. You will collaborate with Gardaí, Tusla, schools and local agencies to support at-risk youth and families within the Dun Laoghaire area.

The role requires a third-level qualification in youth work and at least two years of frontline experience with youth at risk, including safeguarding experience.
