Early Childhood Staff Delegate

In order to complete its team, the Human Resources Service of the Municipality is looking for its future Delegate for Early Childhood. Position at 80% - Class 13. The Early Childhood Service's mission is to develop, propose, and implement a policy focused on the well-being and development of children aged 0 to 4 years. It includes several community-based institutions, both broad and restricted, that are subsidized to best meet the needs of children and their families. Responsibilities:- Ensure positions and manage the entire recruitment process for fixed and temporary staff in the early childhood sector.- Oversee and manage the staff of the Early Childhood Service from hiring to departure.- Assess needs, provide support, and offer analysis to service managers for any questions in the area of development, ensure connections and collaborate with all external partners related to the HR field.- Provide support for the development and implementation of various HR projects.- Participate in service management, ensure and prepare the budget for the sector, monitor it.Profile:- Hold a federal diploma as a specialist in Human Resources or an equivalent qualification.- Proven several years of professional experience with a level of responsibility.- Master project management and budget management.- Possess excellent writing skills and proficiency in common tools.- Ability to manage the domain independently.- Knowledge of the Municipality and political institutions.- Strong understanding of the network related to the field of activity.- Good analytical skills, sound judgment, and ability to work effectively.Start date: as soon as possible.Are you ready to take on this new challenge with talent and commitment?
