It bases its policy on considerations including the individual, work-life balance, health and safety at work, personal development, and the promotion of mobility. The HUG daycare centers comprise two sites with gardens, one located on the Belle-Idée estate in Chêne-Bourg and the other near the cantonal hospital, as well as a nursery primarily intended for the children of HUG staff. The HUG daycare centers are company nurseries reserved for the children of HUG staff or young children - 80% to 90%. As an educator or young child professional, you will provide care and educational activities for children aged 4 months to 5 years, applying the pedagogical approach defined in the institutional project of the HUG daycare centers. You will ensure individualized attention based on the needs and development of the children, participate in the implementation of the project inspired by Emmi Pikler's work, and ensure the safety of the children by constantly creating an environment conducive to their development and well-being. To do this, you will work in a team in a manner centered on the needs of the children. You hold an ES diploma in childhood education issued by ESEDE or a diploma recognized by SASAJ that allows you to work in a daycare in the canton of Geneva. You have additional professional experience. Variable hours may be subject to change for internal replacements in the service.
