One position is to be filled at 60% within the EVE Etang (134 places and 55 staff), and a position is to be filled at 70% within the EVE Vernier-Village (63 places and 35 staff). As a middle manager, you will daily oversee the general operation of the SAPE regarding staffing, budget, and pedagogy, ensuring a living environment conducive to the development of each child alongside the teams. You will manage staff and replacements to guarantee the standards set by the authorities. You will lead the definition of an institutional project, ensuring its implementation and evolution. You will actively participate in the specific projects of the service.
