The second canton with more than inhabitants, Vernier, is a municipality full of contrasts. Join the City of Vernier, recognized for its specific pedagogical projects (language, inclusion, etc.) and its commitment to family support. The particularly stimulating challenges are real intervention avenues for the entire team. One position is to be filled at 60% within the EVE Etang (134 places and 55 staff), and a position is to be filled at 70% within the EVE Vernier-Village (63 places and 35 staff). As a middle manager, you will daily oversee the general operation of the SAPE regarding staffing, budget, and pedagogy, ensuring a living environment conducive to the development of each child alongside the teams. You will manage staff and replacements to guarantee the standards set by the authorities. You will lead the definition of an institutional project, ensuring its implementation and evolution. You will actively participate in the specific projects of the service. Function description: Function description - Director of early childhood care structure - SEN.Your profile: University degree in the field of education, pedagogy, social work, or health (indispensable condition) with at least 5 years of experience, including 2 in an early childhood care structure (indispensable condition). Your leadership, ability to lead projects, and mastery of relevant aspects enable you to assume overall responsibility for a SAPE. Thanks to your communication skills and excellent cooperation abilities, you are able to work in co-direction (EVE Vernier-Village) or in tri-direction (EVE Etang).
