Early Careers Talent Acquisition Lead

Tokio Marine HCC is recruiting a Talent Acquisition Advisor to drive Early Careers hiring for Bridgend and Leicester. You will own end-to-end delivery, design fair assessment activities, and partner with Hiring Managers and external partners to build a strong talent pipeline.

You will lead contingent workforce governance, maintain accurate data in the ATS, and contribute to a strategy that improves candidate experience at scale across the UK regions.
