Early Careers Recruitment Coordinator

A&O Shearman is seeking a Recruitment Administrator for its Early Careers team in Belfast. You will support the EC Operations Manager and recruitment team, manage candidate screening, arrange interviews and coordinate events with universities and partners.

The role involves varied EC projects, travel to London 1-2 times yearly, and a focus on program delivery. Strong organisational and communication skills are essential.
