Job Description
The Role
  • Shape and run skills programmes for early stage professionals, supporting their growth from entry level through to junior qualified roles
  • Own the end to end coordination of learning initiatives, from planning and session design through to delivery and evaluation
  • Lead interactive workshops and coaching sessions, independently and alongside internal stakeholders or external specialists
  • Partner closely with managers and teams across the business to ensure learning activity aligns with organisational priorities
  • Refresh and improve content regularly using feedback, performance insights and evolving business needs
  • Oversee supplier relationships and budgets, ensuring high standards and cost effective outcomes
What We're Looking For
  • Background in learning, development or talent roles within a professional services or a law firm
  • Comfortable facilitating and presenting to varied audiences, both in person and virtually
  • Experience managing multiple programmes or projects at the same time without losing attention to detail
  • Strong stakeholder skills, with the confidence to work across seniority levels and global locations
  • Commercial awareness, including experience working with suppliers and managing spend
  • Curious, proactive and motivated by helping others develop and perform at their best
