The Role

As an Early Career Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and inclusive lessons that inspire students to achieve their full potential. Our partner schools are committed to supporting ECTs through strong mentoring programmes, collaborative departments and ongoing professional development.

• Long-term placements
• Fixed-term contracts
• Day-to-day supply assignments

What We Are Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or expected QTS completion
• Passion for your subject area and education
• Strong classroom management skills
• A commitment to raising attainment and student outcomes
• The ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment
• An enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
