Summary ofRole We areseeking a highly skilled and motivated Consultant ENT Surgeon to join our dynamic multidisciplinary team. The successful candidate will provide expert care in the diagnosis and management of ear, nose, and throat conditions for adult patients. This role includes outpatient clinics, elective procedures, within a community based environment.

Main duties of the jobKey Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality ENT services, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
- Perform ENT procedures in line with your sub-specialty interest (e.g. otology, rhinology, head & neck).
- Collaborate with audiology and radiology teams for comprehensive care.
- Participate in audit, clinical governance, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Support and uphold CQC, GMC, and NICE standards, ensuring safe, effective, and compassionate care.
- Contribute to research, service development, and innovation as appropriate

Responsible for clinical effectiveness and evidence-based practice within the service in line with NICE and college guidelines, achieved via peer review, clinical supervision and audit monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

- MBBS or equivalent medical qualification.
- Full GMC registration with a license to practice.
- Inclusion on the Specialist Register for Otolaryngology or within 6 months of CCT.
- FRCS (ORL-HNS) or equivalent.
- Evidence of advanced ENT training and competence in independent practice
