EA to Senior Banker, Investment Banking

Salary: £58,000

Do you have Global Head/MD-level EA/PA experience, gained from Investment Banking (minimum 5 years at this level)?

What you'll be doing day-to-day:

• Supporting a senior banker (and small team) in a busy role!
• Extensive diary management, frequently handling schedule conflicts
• Planning detailed and often complex global travel arrangements
• Regular client liaison, coordinating client lunches and events
• Coordinating closing dinners and offsites
• Processing expenses
• Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Managing inbox and gatekeeping
• Ad hoc personal work
• Working in a close-knit, collaborative team of EAs
• Option to work from home 1 day a week

The skills you need to bring:

• Solid EA/PA experience from Investment Banking or Private Equity, deal-driven environment advantageous
• Ability to stay calm under pressure
• Team player with a good sense of humor
• Resilient and positive self-starter
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
