EA to MD and Team, Investment Banking - 6 month FTC

Salary: £53,500

Do you have MD/Director-level EA/PA experience, gained from Banking or Investment Management firm?

Looking for a deal-driven environment, where everyone pulls together?

As a genuine team player, you'll be a pivotal link in the successful chain.

What you'll be doing day-to-day:

• Extensive diary management, frequently handling schedule conflicts
• Global travel arrangements, planning detailed itineraries
• Regular client liaison, coordinating client lunches and events
• Coordinating closing dinners and offsites
• Processing expenses
• Working in a close-knit collaborative team of EAs
• Can work from home 1 day

The skills you need to bring:

• SolidTeam EA/PA experience, gained from Banking or Investment Management firm
• Ability to stay calm under pressure
• Team player and a sense of humour
• Positive self-starter
• Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality
